The Mas de Michel estate's chardonnay is a small batch speciality wine produced by the well known local co-operative Aureto. You can drop by any day to taste their excellent wines. They also run regular wine tours to visit the vineyards and see the process of wine making, so you can experience the journey from land to glass. To learn more about wine book their 2 hour lesson in the skill of wine tasting, from €25 per person. Aureto also has several excellent restaurants and a tapas bar so you can combine a meal with wine tasting.

If you've seen the Russell Crowe movie 'A Good Year' visit the beautiful Chateau la Canorgue, 10 minutes drive, buy the wonderful wine after a complementary tasting.

If you want to try your hand at making your own bottle of wine we recommend a 2 hour winemaking lesson at a local Chateaueuf du Pape producer. You'll come away with your own bottle of wine blended from different grape varieties. Prices from €50 per person, 70km, 1hr drive.
